my super tree valentine

hello guys..

still in the month of lovee.. 

so.. i think it's not that late to post how was my valentine's diner.. hehe.. 

bern was asking me out for diner.. *shyshy* hehe.. 

and i said okay.. where we want to go for diner? 

then he replied.. ' you want to know it now.. or later '

so i said.. ' ok.. later '

and it was time for us to go for diner. 

he picked me up and we took a cab to that dining place.

he told the cab driver to go to Gardens by the bay.

i thought we gonna go to some cafe/restaurant along the gardens by the bay 

*the one that's located before you enter the 2 gardens*

and..

i was wrong.. haha.

i asked him again.

'ber, where's the restaurant?'

then he pointed to the trees.. and said..  'up there..' 

i stopped the walk and said 'ahh.. for real? there's a restaurant up there?'

*sometimes this guy like to fool around with me. so i didnt believe him straight away. hahaha. cause i nvr know that they have a restaurant/bar up there'

so we walked towards that Super Tree..

and.. *tadaa!* 

there is.. a restaurant up there. hahaha.

it's a restaurant/bar by Indochine.. 

called Super Tree by Indochine

it's kinda different setting and feeling from the normal indochine that we usually see/go..

*maybe because it's located at the top of the tree, so you got the different sensation when you are somewhere above the ground.. haha*

he booked the outdoor seat at first.. 

the scenery was very pretty there.. cause beside us is MBS and singapore flyer

but the wind was like a mad man.. 

we dont think that we can eat with that kind of companion. haha.. 

and somemore the table are lower than usual.. 

which i think it's more suitable if you just want to sit and chill around out there.

so we decided to move indoor. haha.. 

*i swap sit with him because behind me was the door. and it's very cold when they keep opening the door to go in and out. haha.. ohh.. and i didnt wear any hair piece.. if you think that i'm wearing one on above pic.. hehe.. it was the flower pot behind me. haha*

and beside us was the wine place.

the interior is normal.. 

and i think they can do more than that..

especially on color combinations of the furniture and lights.. 

but the foods are niceeee.. hauhauaa..

we ordered manyy..

but i just post 'the highlights' of the day. haha..

*cause i think this 3 menus are the most fantastic meal of the night*

meet the east meet west foods.

Bó la loT – Grilled Beef iN Wild BeTel leaveS

Grilled tender beef  in wild betel leaves with turnip & Asian herbs. 

Served with fruits, & crushed nuts

the beef is really tender, only the betel leaves is a bit hard to chew..

but it's nicee.. especially when you dipped it to the sauce.. haha.. 

CriSpy lyCHee WiTH KuroBuTa porK loiN & 

BaCoN

Succulent lychee filled with tender Kurobuta pork loin & bacon, 

coated with Japanese bread crumbs, fried to golden brown. 

Topped with ebikko & mayonnaise

this taste like heaven! hahahaa.. * exaggerate mode*

but this is the yummiest tapas that ive ever had.. 

and it's very big also..

i just ate 2 and i was almost full that night.. haha.. 

and last but not leastt..

Wild meSCluN, roCKeTS & SalmoN

Lightly torched salmon, wild rocket & mesclun tossed in wasabi spiced 

lime dressing.

the salmonnn is niceee.. 

despite the wasabi that was tossed all over the salmon..

so, i need to put aside some of the wassabi..

cause i dont really fancy wassabi, eventho i love spicy food.. haha.. 

and after a supper good meall.. 

we went up to the rooftop..

and it is beautifull ! like we can sit the whole night, just to enjoy the night breeze and the pretty lights.. haha..
